About Assaf Lazar – Fine Art Photographer in Cork
For about 15 years I have been working in photography, and what began as a hobby has grown into my full‑time profession as a fine art photographer in Cork, Ireland. I started with landscapes and still‑life images, but over time I was drawn to photographing people – especially women – and discovered how powerful artistic portraits and nude photography can be for self‑confidence and self‑expression.
For the past 10 years my main focus has been artistic nude photography and fine art portraits of women, working mostly with “everyday women” rather than professional models. My goal is to show each client how she truly looks, in a way she has never seen herself before, using light, composition and atmosphere to create elegant, timeless images that celebrate the female body and personality.
The moment a client sees her photos for the first time and smiles is what gives me the greatest satisfaction, and it reminds me how strongly photography can uplift a woman’s self‑esteem. I often collaborate with women on creative projects and I am always looking for new faces and stories to include in my fine art and nude photography work in Ireland.
